گازهای قابل اشتعال انواع متفاوتی دارند که تمامی آنها به نحوی سمی نیز هستند و احتمال مسمومیت را دارند. در واقع گاز قابل اشتعال گازی است که اگر با درصد مناسبی از اکسیژن مخلوط شود باعث آتش سوزی و انفجار میشود.این اکسیژن در همین هوای جو به وفور موجود است پس نکته این است که باید مراقب غلظت وجود این گازها در هوا و بخصوص در فضاهای بسته که تراکم آنها را افزایش میدهد باشیم.

پروپان، آمونیاک، متان، اتیلن، بوتان، اتان، سیلان، هیدروژن و استیلن همگی گازهای قابل اشتعال هستند. این گازها را باید در محیطی سرد و تاریک و کاملا بسته نگه داری کرد. کپسولهای گاز را همگی دیده ایم. مراقب باشید که این کپسولها اگر به میزان قابل توجهی گرم شوند قطعا خطر بزرگی شما را تهدید خواهد کرد.

با توجه به تمام نکات ذکر شده شرکت نوین الکترونیک تصمیم گرفت که اولین ورژن هشداردهنده خود را برای گازهای سمی در ساده ترین حالت وارد بازار کند. این هشدار دهنده در ظاهری ساده اما با کاربردی فوق العاده دقیق طراحی شده است. از آنجایی که پیش بینی هایی برای آینده و تولید ورژن های پیشرفته این هشدار دهنده داریم نمونه اولیه را با خروجی رله قرار دادیم.
خروجی رله یعنی اینکه شما می توانید هشدار دهنده را به گونه ای برنامه نویسی کنید یا طراحی آن را به گونه ای قرار دهید که به محض شناسایی یک گاز خطرناک مانند گاز شهری در محیط نصب شده،بتواند به شیر گاز اصلی مکان متصل شده و ورودی گاز را به صورت برقی قطع کند همین عملیات را می‌توان دقیقاً بر روی کنتور برق نیز اعمال کرد.

در واقع برای اعلام وضعیت و اعلام هشدار بجز آژیر صوتی در این مدل از دو رنگ LED نیز کمک گرفته ایم. چراغ آبی وضعیت بی خطر و حالت عادی را نشان میدهد. چراغ قرمز هم نشان دهنده وضعیت خطرناک است و نشان دهنده وجود گاز سمی در هواست. چراغ آبی دو حالت ثابت و چشمک زن دارد که حالت ثابت آن نشان دهنده شروع کار دستگاه و بالا آمدن برنامه و سنسور است و در حالت چشمک زن دستگاه در حال استفاده است و حالت نرمال و بی خطر را نشان میدهد.
