Designing a relay-control board that runs reliably on the bench and is also built stably and repeatably in volume production, staying reliable in the industrial drying-system environment.

PCB design for the drying-system relay control was done with production in mind: sourceable component selection, a durable layout, and design-for-manufacturing so the board could be built in volume on the production line reliably.
The Result
The board reached volume production and was one of NELSco's first designs to deliver real production-line manufacturing experience and production-ready design practice for later projects.
