The full path from desk prototype to a deployed, produced product. To ensure compliance for storing temperature-sensitive medicines, NELSco designed, produced, and deployed the complete solution: from PCB design and firmware through enclosure, small-batch production, and cloud deployment.

The Challenge
Sensitive medicines must stay within a defined temperature and humidity band, and any deviation must be documented and defensible for compliance. The client needed a device that not only logged data accurately but was durable, compact, and ready for production and real deployment in storage environments.
Our Approach
An ESP32 device with a precision DHT22 sensor was designed for real-time temperature and humidity readings. A local OLED display gives live feedback, data is transmitted to a cloud database and visualized on a web dashboard with interactive charts for compliance trend analysis, and each unit was housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure (self-designed and printed). The full pipeline ran from PCB design → firmware → enclosure → small-batch production → cloud deployment.
The Result
The result was a small batch of field-ready devices for reliable cold-chain monitoring, paired with a web dashboard and interactive charts for compliance trend analysis and reporting.
