Reverse Engineering & Localization of Industrial Boards
When an imported board is unavailable or sanctioned, we build a local equivalent.
Overview
Sanctions and broken supply chains have made imported electronic boards hard, and sometimes impossible, to source for Iranian industry. Reverse engineering is a reliable path to replacement: by carefully analyzing the original board, we reconstruct its function, circuit, and firmware so your production line keeps running without depending on a foreign part.
Our process spans component identification, schematic extraction, PCB redesign, and firmware re-implementation. The result is a locally manufacturable equivalent built from parts available on the domestic market, which can be re-sourced in the future.
Beyond reconstruction, we improve on the original: removing obsolete parts and hardening the design for harsh industrial environments.
What's included
- Analysis and component identification of the original board, with schematic extraction
- PCB redesign using parts sourceable on the domestic market
- Firmware re-implementation matching the original's behavior
- Design improvements: removing obsolete parts and boosting reliability
- Prototype build, functional testing, and production readiness
